The Women in the Workplace study released today by McKinsey and Lean-In paints a concerning picture of women in the corporate world – demonstrating that inequality, especially in leadership roles, is clear and significant. The report does an excellent job of demonstrating the status of women in the corporate world and also providing a greater understanding of the experiences and perspectives of both men and women in companies.
