Jen has risen the corporate ranks from an analyst to the Head of Strategic Growth Markets, leading Bank of America’s critical initiative to engage diverse client segments. Jen leads the modernization of the financial advisory industry at Merrill Lynch, establishing the foundation for an entirely new effort focused on diverse client segments and adopted by advisors and field leader in the program. In addition to her role, Jen is the executive sponsor for the Global Wealth Investment Management Women’s Exchange, a network of ~6,000 employees that focuses on business development, mentorship and recruitment and advocacy. Jen dedicates her time as an alumna of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, plays an active role in Bank of America’s Hispanic/Latino employee network, joined the board of an organization called, Mercado Global, which supports indigenous artisan women in Guatemala. Jen is a powerful communicator and is effective at building coalitions, rapport, and leading individuals across lines of business to deliver results.

Victoria Croy is the Jaguars Manager of People Development where she supports all HR functions for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Bold Events, Union Jax and the Jaguars Foundation.
Victoria graduated from the University of Alabama in 2010, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Masters in Sports Management as a student athlete. During her time at The Capstone, she gained various sports-related experience. Victoria later worked with Target as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources; which is where her passion for strong organizational cultures and all things HR were learned and cultivated. She held this position for nearly five years before she left to spend a year abroad in eleven developing countries while working in missions and as a humanitarian aid worker. Victoria began her current journey with the Jacksonville Jaguars on the People Development team, which is responsible for developing an analytical and thoughtful process for interviewing, with a view towards attracting candidates with a variety of experiences and from a variety of backgrounds; and more thoughtful, comprehensive talent management and talent development programs which has resulted in greater accountability, stronger collaboration among businesses, improved efficiency, and increased effectiveness in meeting business needs.

Jessica is one of the strongest leaders in Asahi Kasei Plastics North America (APNA), as well as the only female on the executive team. Although she is 15 years younger than the other Executives, she is not afraid to challenge the group when needed and has gained the respect of our company. Minh Duong has played a pivotal role in Southern California Edison’s efforts to protect communities from the growing threat of wildfires in California. As a senior manager, she is responsible for organizational change management and training initiatives that support an essential program focused on the inspection of overhead power lines. The impact of climate change-driven wildfires has big implications for the people SCE serves. A thoughtful and collaborative leader, Minh has been instrumental in helping SCE deploy new technologies and adopt new operational practices to reduce the risk of electrical equipment igniting wildfires.

She has also created an internal program to encourage and support other employees to develop public speaking skills, and lead key diversity and inclusion initiatives at Maven, including founding “Gayven”, Maven’s LGBTQIA+ employee resource group.

She led one of the largest and most complex product lines in the Protein portfolio, managing the primary beef, case-ready and ground beef portfolio within the Retail channel. Elizabeth has excelled in roles of increasing responsibility during the course of her experience in Cargill Protein, including serving as the general manager for Cargill Protein’s pet treat business. In this role she led significant profitability improvement that included capital investment and the implementation of several improvements to operations, sales and marketing. Elizabeth engages with team members across all levels of a highly matrixed environment in a way that focuses on practicality and solution seeking. She challenges the status quo and raises the bar for the team and herself. Elizabeth also leads in the development of the Cargill Protein culture – often a source of pride for our team members. She was the first President of the Protein Women’s Council and actively mentors several women in the Protein Group. In the community, she volunteers as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Rae is an extraordinary leader at HERE who uses her people leadership talent and a Win Together approach to inspire teams to contribute at all levels. Rae’s leadership skills combined with her technical acumen has greatly contributed to her success in transforming our Global Content Operations into a strategic function focused on operation excellence across three continents. She embodies the true spirit of HERE Technologies – of teamwork, innovation and collaboration in everything she does. Rae actively contributes to our HERE Chicago site engagement activities as chair of the program. I am proud nominate Rae Lewis for the Paradigm for Parity® coalition’s Women on the Rise campaign.

MyMy Lu joined Sempra Energy a year ago as our Diversity & Inclusion Manager. She hit the ground running at Sempra, quickly scheduling meetings with critical stakeholders and knowledge bearers. MyMy is innovative and curious, genuinely interested in people, and able to engage all levels of employees in sometimes difficult conversations to find win-win solutions. She is as skillful in a meeting of 50 individual contributors as she is in meetings with our CHRO. MyMy is a tremendous asset to Sempra Energy and a real champion for the Paradigm for Parity® coalition.

Ellen consistently demonstrates a strong ability to serve as a “leader/doer” with a continuous improvement mindset. She effectively partners with sales leaders, talent team members, consultants and clients to ensure the successful delivery of engagements. Ellen served as a key member of a project team charged with a significant organizational redesign project including redesigned job roles and core processes and proved herself highly capable of leading her team through change.
Few others have an “operating system” as finely tuned to self-improvement as Tatev Papikyan. From the moment of what I, as her hiring manager years ago described as “our best job interview ever,” Tatev has exhibited a way of being that sets her apart from the mere marketing science analyst career path she was hired for. Her insatiable curiosity and disciplined approach to independent learning, cultivating an “advisory board” of many and diverse mentors, and seizing opportunities—habits that allowed a once teenaged immigrant from Armenia with no English language to go on to thrive and excel in high school, college and in an Ivy League graduate program—have propelled her to carving out her own unique and value-added niche to our world class market research and consulting firm.

Throughout her 13-year career, Amanda has led and inspired teams in strategy, finance, service, product, distribution and operations at MassMutual. Always approachable and accessible for a quick mentoring session, and the first to ask for feedback on what she can do to improve, Amanda brings positivity, energy and practical insights to every position she holds – including as the Mom of four children under the age of 11. (Not surprising, Amanda was recognized as a Working Mother of the Year by Working Mother Media in 2013.) Amanda is certainly a woman to watch, and to learn from.
