Tatev Papikyan
Manager, Marketing and Data Science
Lieberman Research Worldwide

Tatev Papikyan

Few others have an “operating system” as finely tuned to self-improvement as Tatev Papikyan. From the moment of what I, as her hiring manager years ago described as “our best job interview ever,” Tatev has exhibited a way of being that sets her apart from the mere marketing science analyst career path she was hired for. Her insatiable curiosity and disciplined approach to independent learning, cultivating an “advisory board” of many and diverse mentors, and seizing opportunities—habits that allowed a once teenaged immigrant from Armenia with no English language to go on to thrive and excel in high school, college and in an Ivy League graduate program—have propelled her to carving out her own unique and value-added niche to our world class market research and consulting firm.

She is part marketing scientist: applying cutting edge analytics and creativity to complex marketing and business problems for our clients, part business developer: giving engaging presentations at client events and leveraging her natural relationship-building talents and enthusiasm to bolster our traditional business developer’s sales and client engagement efforts, and part marketer: drawing on her passion for issues concerning women and business to help our company promote dialogue and industry events oriented to celebrating and strengthening the business leadership of women. She is a force unto her own and a natural leader who gives back to her community; she is actively involved with the UCLA Alumni Association’s Young Adult Professionals group and served as a mentor for the Big Brother Big Sister foundation and iMentor.
